William Gallas has hailed the form of Tottenham's rearguard this season.
Gallas was impressed with how the backline performed at Carrow Road as Harry Redknapp's men pulled four points clear in third place.
The Frenchman said: "We played very well in defence, concentrated on what we had to do and kept the strikers quiet.
"With my experience, I'm always wary about a game like that.
"Even if you score the first goal, you never know what can happen, so it was important to score the second, stay strong and that's what we did.
"Everyone was happy." "That is real satisfaction for the defenders, when you don't concede a goal. That's very good for us.
