Galatasaray signing Johan Elmander has taken a swipe at former club Bolton Wanderers.
Elmander admits he was unhappy with Bolton dragging their feet over a new contract offer.
He said: "I didn't get something good from the club, so I didn't have to decide anything.
"We had a talk in November and didn't really hear anything after that."
The Sweden striker praised manager Owen Coyle, hinting he might have stayed at the Reebok if the Scot had replaced Gary Megson sooner.
Elmander added: "I'm going to be a little bit sad because Owen Coyle changed my football career. He helped me find love again for football.
"You never know what might have happened if Coyle had been here from the start but it would have made the world a little bit easier."
