Galatasaray star Harry Kewell has launched an attack on Football Federation Australia, saying the Dutch style has focused too heavily on. The Australian winger is of firm belief that the 4-3-3 formation and Dutch approach does not necessarily suit the Socceroos and wants it to be altered going forward.
''Teaching just one system of play is probably the most ridiculous thing I've heard. You'll be found out so quickly if you play just one system,'' Kewell wrote in the Australian FourFourTwo magazine.
''Just because the Dutch system works in Holland - and it is a very good system if you can adapt to it - it doesn't mean it will suit us. And I don't think it does. That style of football is in their blood, and it's not in us.
"It's much harder to teach something than to be born with it.''
