The Daily Mail says Galatasaray will compete with West Ham for Manchester City striker Benjani on loan after landing Spurs midfielder Giovani dos Santos.
West Ham will step up their pursuit of the Zimbabwe international after missing out on Eidur Gudjohnsen, with the Monaco striker now set to join Tottenham.
