Galatasaray president confident of deal for Atletico Madrid's Reyes

Galatasaray president Ünal Aysal says a deal is now close for Atletico Madrid winger Jose Antonio Reyes.

The former Arsenal forward is expected to leave Atletico in January and has also been linked with Sevilla.

"The news from Spain is correct. We have been meeting with Reyes, and if our coach Fatih Terim gives the green light for the operation, the player might be here tomorrow," said Aysal.
