Galatasaray have expressed interest in Atletico Madrid striker Fernando Torres.

Torres could struggle for a start with Atletico this season with striker rivals Jackson Martinez, Luciano Vietto and Angel Correa all arriving this summer.

Fotomac says Gala are monitoring his situation and would like to bring him to Istanbul in January.

They see Torres as an ideal strike-partner for Lukas Podolski.

The former Liverpool, Chelsea and AC Milan forward only re-signed for Atletico in January.
