Galatasaray have made a £4 million offer for Arsenal fullback Emmanuel Eboue.

The Mail on Sunday says Eboue, 28, is close to a move to Galatasaray this week after the Turkish club tabled a £4million bid.

The Arsenal right-back was once substituted against Wigan in 2008 to save him from being barracked by fans.

Eboue was left out of the club's pre-season tour of Asia.
