Galatasaray midfield ace Wesley Sneijder refuses to shut the door on a move to Manchester United in January. After hitting the winner in last night's Champions League shock against Juventus, Sneijder was asked about the United rumours.
"I know as much as you do," Sneijder told NIS. "I do not even read the newspapers, but I get the messages through it. It's not an issue. It seems as if it is a recurring ritual.
"Whenever the transfer market opens, I am linked to various clubs."
He added: "That's sometimes annoying, especially if you play here. In Turkey, people do what is emotional, with a lot of passion. Then I've got to publicly answer almost every time.
"Again, I know as much as you do. I'm enjoying myself here. We now proceed in the Champions League, which is great.
"You never know, but well, I'm happy here."
