Turkish giants Galatasaray are showing considerable interest in Lucas Leiva.
Sky Sports reports that the Istanbul outfit are eager to lure the Liverpool veteran from Anfield to the Turk Telekom Arena this summer.
Lucas, 29, is entering the final year of his Reds contract and is likely to only play a bit-part role for Jurgen Klopp in 2016/17.
With that in mind, Galatasaray could quite possibly make a move for the Brazilian who has been on Merseyside since 2007.
While Lucas is seen as an important squad member by Klopp, he could be given permission to leave if Liverpool receive a suitable offer, as the German has done with the likes of Martin Skrtel, Joe Allen and Jordon Ibe already in the current transfer period.
