Galatasaray defender Servet Cetin is a target for Tottenham and Arsenal.
The Daily Mail says the terrifying 6ft 4in centre half, who was linked to Chelsea earlier this year, could be offloaded in January as manager Frank Rijkaard looks to reconfigure his failing defence.
Cetin, once described by Didier Drogba as a 'devilish' defender, was apparently scouted recently by Arsenal and has been tracked by Spurs since the start of the year.
He has a £10million price tag and AC Milan, Borussia Dortmund, Wolfsburg and Cologne are also interested.
