Galatasaray have been encouraged in their long-term interest for Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini.

Fellaini, off contract in June, has rejected United's new proposal in recent weeks.

It's suggested the Belgium international is unhappy with the offer of a one-year rolling deal.

Fanatik, meanwhile, reports Galatasaray have been encouraged, having tried to sign Fellaini over the summer.

The Turkish giants remain keen and are well aware of the midfielder's standoff.
