Istanbul sources say along with Didier Drogba moving to Galatasaray, he will be joined by fellow Ivorian Toure.
The sale of Toure would allow City boss Roberto Mancini to make a late plunge this week in the winter market without concern for UEFA's Financial Fair Play laws.
