The Daily Star says Galatasaray officials are to fly into London for talks over the Gunners duo.
Gala have sounded out Arsenal over 29-year-old Podolski, who has failed to nail down a regular starting spot at the Emirates.
And they are understood to have been given an encouraging response in their enquiry about the availability of the winger.
Meanwhile, Costa Rican international Campbell returned to the Gunners this summer after a series of loan spells but has been tipped for another season away.
