Livorno defender Fabio Galante is happy to see Serse Cosmi gone.

Cosmi was sacked this week and Galante blames the coach for their rock bottom status.

"I've played under 28 different Coaches in my career, but what happened here this season at Livorno was truly anomalous," complained former Inter defender Galante.

"Myself and three other players were dropped without explanation despite giving our all in training and proving ourselves to be professionals.

"I don't understand why he never wanted to put his trust in us. He often said he had to send a signal with these actions, but I still don't know what type of message he was trying to get across."
