Gabriel Paulista hopes his move to Arsenal leads to a Brazil call.
The £11.2million capture from Villarreal, 24, is still to win his first cap, but he hopes head coach Dunga will see what he is really capable of now he's at the Gunners.
Defender Gabriel said: "To get in the Brazil squad would be sensational and perhaps, now I am at Arsenal, I will have more chances to do that.
"With a lot of hard work and effort it will be possible to fulfil my dreams. I am a realistic person and I have come to Arsenal to help, to work and to learn, because I am convinced it is very difficult to triumph in the Premier League.
"In the days leading up to my move I was obsessed with it - if it was not possible I would have stayed at Villarreal and waited for another chance. But now I am here I promise to work, work and work."
