Sampdoria striker Manolo Gabbiadini is enjoying his football under coach Sinisa Mihajlovic.
Gabbiadini has enjoyed an impressive season so far.
"He wants us to be more competitively nasty. And I know I should read moments and situations in the penalty area better," the 22-year-old has told the Gazzetta dello Sport.
"Tactically, he is very prepared. He is pick, he knows how to pick us up, there is empathy. He explains to us that without the right mindset we are going nowhere.
"He demands great attention and motivates us every now and again like this: 'If you want another day off, you only need to win - go and get it'. It usually works."
