Real Madrid president Ramon Calderon has decided to sack coach Bernd Schuster. AS says Calderon is furious with Schuster's decision to give his players two days off after the debacle at Real Valladolid and also skipping training yesterday - without informing the club - to attend the christening of his daughter in Salamanca.
Calderon has exploded and ordered the German's irrevocable dismissal.
Real chiefs Pedja Mijatovic and Miguel Angel Portugal are now interviewing potential replacements from a shortlist of three. There is very chance Schuster will be sacked before Saturday's match against Recreativo Huelva.
The three coaches in the frame are Michel, Roberto Mancini and Victor Fernandez.
