Furious Man City convinced Jorginho bullied into Chelsea move

Manchester City believe Jorginho was bullied into joining Chelsea today.

The Sun says City believe Jorginho wanted to link up with Pep Guardiola this summer for £44million, only for Napoli to force him to move to Stamford Bridge for more cash.

Ex-Napoli chief Maurizio Sarri was announced as Blues boss this morning after Antonio Conte was finally sacked on Friday.

Hours later, Jorginho, 26, completed his move to Chelsea, joining his former manager in an initial £60m deal which sees the West Londoners paying £7m in compensation for Sarri.

City are also believed to be upset with Jorginho's agent, Joao Santos.

Santos had organised a medical for his player with the Premier League champions - but immediately caved-in to Napoli's Chelsea demands.

The Serie A giants are said to have told Santos that Jorginho would rot on the bench for the final two years of his contract if he did not make the Blues move happen.
