Fulham fullback Sascha Riether is facing a lengthy ban after an apparent stamp on Adnan Januzaj yesterday.

The German appeared to stamp on the Manchester United winger late into Fulham's home defeat.

"That would be disappointing," Cottagers boss Martin Jol said about a potential ban. "If it is true, then we have to talk to him.

"I have got some good back-up players as well, so that is not a disaster. The result is a disaster."
