Fulham winger Cook to sign permanently for QPR

Fulham winger Lee Cook will complete his £850,000 move back to old club QPR next month.

Cook is already on loan from Fulham - and has convinced boss Paulo Sousa and owner Flavio Briatore he is worth signing permanently.

The 26 year-old joined Fulham from Rangers back in 2007 for £2million, but failed to make a single appearance.
