Fulham are ready to listen to offers for Tom Cairney.
The Mirror says Cairney is free to quit Fulham for £20million if they fail to win promotion to the Premier League in the coming weeks.
That news will spark a race for the 27-year-old Scotland international involving top-flight trio West Ham, Watford and Newcastle.
Cairney – provided Fulham don't reach the top flight themselves – will have the pick of clubs at the end of the season.
It would also be hard for Craven Cottage chiefs to resist offers for Ryan Sessegnon and Ryan Fredericks if they don't go up.
