Fulham have failed with a £5 million offer for Everton striker Andy Johnson.
The Daily Mail says Everton rejected a bid believed to be in the region of £5million and also offered no encouragement to Wigan boss Steve Bruce after he registered his interest in the £8m-rated striker.
