Utrecht midfielder Kevin Strootman is being watched by Fulham.
Fulham scouts are believed to have watched Strootman in action for Utrecht against ADO Den Haag on Sunday.
Strootman only moved to Utrecht from Sparta Rotterdam in January.
Utrecht teammate Michael Silberbauer is also interesting Fulham, along with Celtic.
