Steve Sidwell feels Fulham have showed their versatility since Rene Meulensteen stepped into the manager's role.
The Cottagers were beaten 2-1 by Tottenham on Wednesday after taking the lead but managed to record a valuable 2-0 win over Aston Villa on Sunday.
After the match, goalscorer Sidwell spoke of how the squad has been able to adjust to a new plan from Meulensteen in the two games since he took over Martin Jol.
"We've tried different formations since he's took charge," he told Sky Sports.
"There's versatility in the squad, we all put in a shift and hopefully it's working now."
