Fulham are tracking Cesena fullback Yuto Nagatomo.

The Japan international has been watched by Fulham boss Mark Hughes' scouts this season.

Cesena chief Lorenzo Minotti has confirmed the interest of English clubs in the former FC Tokyo defender.

"Many clubs want him, even in the Premier League. Every week we have many scouts who come to see him," said Minotti.
