QPR are ready to cash in on winger Lee Cook.

The hard-up Championship outfit admit they have to sell the former Watford trainee inside the next four weeks, says the Daily Express.

Fulham, Tottenham and Derby County are all keen on Cook, who is likely to leave Loftus Road for around £2 million.
