Fulham have signed teenage midfielder Ryan Williams from Portsmouth.
The 18-year old has joined the Cottagers on a two-and-a-half-year deal after joining Pompey's youth academy in 2010.
Williams, the younger brother of Middlesbrough's Australian international Rhys, turned pro last year and has already made his way to a Premier League club. The deal is believed to be worth around £500,000.
Williams was delighted to have his future finally sorted and is looking forward to the next phase of his career.
"It's such a big move coming to a Premiership club. It's just really for my footballing education and playing more games, playing for the reserves and stuff like that. It's just a big step forward for me.""It's been a long few days actually, finding out whether or not I was going to be signing. But I've signed a two-and-a-half-year deal here so I'm really happy to be part of the club, it's a good club," he told Sky Sports News.
