New Fulham signing Erik Nevland has no regrets over his time spent at Manchester United.
"Not really, that was quite another situation," he told fulhamfc.com of his Manchester United days. "I went there as a youngster and I just wanted to grow as a player, I didn't go there to play in the first team, and I'm quite happy with the six games that I got at United.
"Obviously I would have liked to have broken through, but there were too many good players there [he was competing with the likes of Andy Cole, Dwight Yorke, Teddy Sheringham and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer] and I had to go elsewhere to develop."
