Fulham are favourites for FC Twente defender Douglas.
The Daily Mail says Fulham look to have pipped Newcastle United to Douglas after agreeing a £4.5m deal.
The Brazilian centre-back has one year to run on his current contract and has been tracked throughout the summer.
