Fulham are pushing for Ajax winger Ryan Babel.

The Daily Star Sunday says the former Liverpool attacker, 26, has resurrected his ailing career at the club where it all started for him and his return to form has alerted Cottagers boss Martin Jol.

Jol managed Ajax and hopes his links with the club will pave the way for any talks over Babel, whose four goals in 20 games has sparked talk of an international return.
