Fulham's Schwarzer, NYRB's Cahill and Villa's Holman all present in Socceroos squad

Holger Osieck has named a 22-man squad for Australia's next 2014 World Cup qualifier against Iraq in just under two weeks.

The 25th-ranked Socceroos meet the 78th-ranked Iraqis in Doha, Qatar on October 16 in their fourth fixture of the fourth round of Asian qualifying for Brazil 2014.

Among the names are the usual suspects such as Mark Schwarzer, Tim Cahill, Brett Holman and Lucas Neill whilst Mark Milligan returns from suspension whilst Tommy Oar and Carl Valeri have been recalled.

The Socceroos sit equal on two points with Iraq from three matches following draws with Oman and Japan and a shock loss to Jordan last month. Iraq have drawn with Jordan and Oman and were defeated 1-0 by Japan so it all bodes well for a very close affair in what could prove to be a vital clash in both nations World Cup hopes.
