George Williams has sustained a serious knee injury while on loan with MK Dons.
The 19-year old winger, who is on loan from Fulham, suffered cruciate ligament damage in last Tuesday's clash with Chesterfield and will now spend up to six months on the sidelines.
Williams, who joined the Dons last month, underwent surgery on Saturday and will now begin rehabilitation back in London.
