Fulham manager Martin Jol believes Kerim Frei can become a quality player for the club.
The 18-year old Swiss winger has impressed in some recent outings for the Cottagers and Jol is of the belief that he can be a similar player to Tottenham ace Gareth Bale.
"Bale is left-footed and Frei is right-footed.
"But he has confidence and he is not like other young players who play well then bad, he is always the same.
"That is great to watch.""Bale is a bit more experienced but Bale is a great player and I think Frei could be one," Jol said.
