The two clubs agreed a fee last night, believed to be around £15million, and now the Belgian midfielder is on the verge of completing his move across London.
"The club can today confirm that it has reached an agreement with Tottenham Hotspur for the transfer of midfielder Moussa Dembele,” read a statement on Fulham’s official website.
"The 25-year-old Belgian international has successfully completed a medical and will sign for an undisclosed fee.
"Following two full seasons at Craven Cottage, the club would like to thank Moussa for his contribution and wish him well throughout the rest of his career.”
Dembele joined the Cottagers from Dutch club AZ Alkmaar for around £5million in August 2010 but will now continue his career at White Hart Lane with Spurs.
