Fulham have joined Hull City and Celtic in the race for Nancy striker Marc-Antoine Fortune.
Tigers boss Phil Brown and new Parkhead chief Tony Mowbray have both had £2.5million bids accepted by Nancy, the French striker's Ligue 1 club.
But now Cottagers manager Roy Hodgson is preparing to move for the 27-year-old hitman as he bids to boost his firepower next season.
Fortune is known to favour the Premier League and Hull can offer him what Fulham are not prepared to - guaranteed regular first-team football.
Fortune will hold talks with the clubs this week.
