Fulham reluctant to part with Palace, Betis target Halliche
Fulham boss Martin Jol sees Rafik Halliche as a potential first teamer.
The Daily Mail says although they recognise his potential they feel they can ill afford to throw him into the first team without greater experience in Britain.
That puts Halliche in a Catch 22 situation at Fulham as he looks to gain that experience.
Celtic have shown strong interest and he enjoyed a successful training stint there prior to Christmas but it looks like he is around third on their list of defensive targets. Crystal Palace would like him on loan but there is also interest from Real Betis and Bordeaux.
