Fulham owner Khan: Fans wanted Michael Jackson statue removed

Fulham owner Shahid Khan sys the removal of the Michael Jackson statue from Craven Cottage was the fans' will.

The statue, a tribute to the late 'King of Pop', is being returned to Mohamed Al Fayed, a friend of Jackson's who sold Fulham to Khan in July.

Khan also owns the NFL's Jacksonville Jaguars.

He said "our supporters' views on the statue are clear" and added that "the removal of it is the right thing for Fulham".
