Fulham boss Martin Jol has moved to open new contract talks with Moussa Dembele.

The Daily Mail says Tottenham have had two offers for Dembele rejected, while Liverpool and Arsenal are also keeping tabs on the talented 24-year-old.

The Belgian currently earns in the region of £35,000-per-week but will be handed a significant pay rise to sign an extension.

He is inside the final 18 months of his current deal.
