Fulham will continue to back manager Martin Jol, despite their elimination from the Capital One Cup.

The Daily Mail says Fulham will give Jol time to improve the club's faltering form, despite the Dutchman being the bookmakers' favourite to be the next Premier League manager to get the sack.

Odds shortened on Jol's dismissal after Fulham were knocked out of the Capital One Cup by Championship side Leicester City on Tuesday night, but it's understood the 57-year-old is still 'safe in the short term'.
