Blackburn Rovers have slapped a £3 million price-tag on Fulham target Keith Andrews.
The Mirror says Fulham manager Roy Hodgson is keen to add the Republic of Ireland star, 28, to his squad.
But Rovers want a big fee for the midfielder, whose signing from MK Dons by ex-boss Paul Ince raised questions over his top-flight credentials, although he played a part in their survival fight.
Current Rovers boss Sam Allardyce is prepared to sell Andrews and bring in two new midfielders.
