Fulham captain Brian McBride says they must bounce back immediately after their defeat to West Ham.

Fulham face Manchester United at the Cottage on Saturday and McBride is clearly determined to fire Fulham out of the relegation zone and secure the Club's Premier League status for an eighth successive season.

The American told fulhamfc.com: "I think you can see we have a lot of belief. As soon as we start taking our chances - things will change for us. It's up to us as forwards and the guys getting into those positions. The Manager has put us in a formation where we can pass the ball and find guys in good spots and every single person that has come into the club has gelled. Everybody has a good understanding of what the manager wants.

"It was nice to get 90 minutes but we need wins right now. It was a long period where I wanted to be helping the team and I have to do that now, as we all do. I'm just thinking about the next game now and getting three points. It's a big game on Saturday and one that we've got to win."
