Fulham must up their bid to land Almeria attacker Kalu Uche.
Cottagers boss Roy Hodgson has reportedly had a £2m bid for Almeria striker Uche turned down.
The Cottagers are reported to have bid 2.3 million euros (£2million) for the Nigerian international, who netted eight goals in 27 appearances for Almeria last season.
The Spanish club want around 4million euros (£3.4million) for Uche, 26, who can also play in midfield.
Coach Hugo Sanchez wants Uche to stay after the loss of striker Alvaro Negredo, who has returned to Real Madrid following his loan spell with Almeria.
