Fulham have made a move for Real Madrid wing-back Royston Drenthe.
Drenthe is keen to escape the Bernabeu where he is not wanted and has been in talks with Benfica.
Fulham see the Dutchman as a straight replacement for Liverpool signing Paul Konchesky.
