Former Manchester United striker Mame Biram Diouf is set to extend his contract at Hannover despite interest from Fulham, reports talkSPORT. The Senegalese frontman never started a Premier League during three years at Old Trafford.
But he has flourished since arriving at Hannover in January 2012, scoring 18 goals in 38 Bundesliga appearances.
But Hannover president Martin Kind insists the 25 year old will not be leaving and is confident of tying him down to a fresh contract.
"We are optimistic about extending his contract before the resumption of the new season," Kind told Sport1.
