Fulham have missed out on Dnipro midfielder Derek Boateng.
The Daily Mail says Fulham have failed to sign Ghana midfielder Boateng, 28, from Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk.
The club thought they were close to a loan deal with a view to a permanent move.
