The Cottagers pegged back City to draw 2-2.
"It was good to be involved in a game like that," Kasami told fulhamfc.com. "I came on at a point when we were chasing the game, which was difficult. But as the game swung we sensed we could do something.
"This is what the Premier League is all about - it's exciting. I haven't been at the Club for too long, but I've really enjoyed myself so far. Hopefully I can be involved in more games like this and play my part for the team.
"We have a game against Chelsea in the League Cup on Wednesday and then West Brom in the league next weekend. This performance will serve as a real boost and hopefully we can use the momentum."
