Fulham midfielder Tom Cairney is worried that the club will lose a lot of its best talent if they are not promoted to the Premier League this season.

Fulham are among the teams who are trying their best to get back into the Premier League through the Championship.

But Cairney is worried about how the squad would look if they were to fail.

The likes of Ryan Sessegnon and Cairney himself are already being linked to moves to Premier League clubs in the summer.

Cairney said to the Evening Standard: "It is now or never because we've got some good players and a few teams might be after them in the summer.

"To keep this team together, we need to do it [get promoted] now. I just think we are attracting a lot of attention and so are our players."
