The young Swede is now fulfilling hi potential at Fulham.
He told fulhamfc.com: "I played alongside the likes of Jay Spearing and Martin Kelly, and I'm a better player for what I learned there. I developed a lot on and off the pitch: those three years made me a better person. Going back there with Fulham, and playing a part in the club's first win at Anfield, was special.
"I was up against Kels, too, which was great. I was subbed in the game and, afterwards, he came up to me and just said: 'Thanks for going off, mate.' It was great seeing all the boys again, and speaking with people like Martin Skrtel and Jamie Carragher."
