Norwich City striker Gary Hooper is in London for a Fulham medical.
Hooper is set to join Fulham on-loan should he pass his medical tests.
Norwich are also expected to offload wantaway striker Lewis Grabban.
A move to Bournemouth remains likely for Grabban.
