Fulham management have concerns over Martin Jol's relationship with his players.
The People says the Dutchman wants to change the team's playing style and has been met with some resistance.
Jol went back to Holland for a break this week, with club chiefs concerned about his relationship with players.
The former Tottenham boss has also found himself in the headlines after fining 19-year-old Pajtim Kasami for taking - and missing - a spot-kick in the Carling Cup defeat by Chelsea when he was not the designated penalty-taker.
It had been reported that Brede Hangeland was planning to talk to the PFA about the matter but the big defender said: "I haven't even spoken to Pajtim about this, so it's news to me."
Swiss midfielder Kasami also denied there was any unrest over the decision.
